So he knows that you treat bleeding by applying pressure and raising the wound above the heart. THAT OUGHT TO BE COMMON KNOWLEDGE.

the important thing is that he applied that knowledge rather than just panic like most people would do.
I can no longer sit back and allow communist infiltration, communist indoctrination, communist subversion, and the international communist conspiracy to sap and impurify all of our precious bodily fluids.

Funny..all I hear is a voice telling me to hug and snug and be happy.

Re: Believe what you will, games do teach something
Actually this is a good point, I played AA before I joined and got a first time go on all the first aid stuff. The class you sit through in the game (yes, in the game you sit through a 30min class) covers the same main points as the real life basic first aid class. Although the us army has revised its first aid course since then.

If you ever had a weapon jam, and cleared it yourself, the procedure is exactly the same as in the game.

also the qualifying is somewhat realistic.

Not really. Otherwise this bloke would have dragged the people from the car and starting shouting "F! F!!!" at them, wondering why the heal meter won't come up.

I should have been more specific, I was referring to the rifle qualification...
I think that when people get injured usually somebody says "F***!" anyways :P
