Anyways, China is already 'planning' (don't know what that means) to sent people to Moon. Probably in the future you will have to get a passport to go into moon...

I think it's cool that we are taking our first steps towards setting up establishments on the moon, 2020 is not far away... I admit though Hilton hotels might be a couple hundred years away

If they really intend to build long-term habitations on the lunar surface, or anywhere that doesn't have an atmosphere, then they need to put five-ten meters of dirt over their heads. Saves on radiation shielding too.
