hi all,

only one simple question:
i would like to ask, why only mods and admins have avatars here?!

bandwidth saving or just highlighting the mods and admins this way....?

i also would like to add this one ;)


but also it does not work in the signature.....

It's the way it's always been around here. The only avatars you get are project badges unless you're an admin (Or a moderator I suppose since they get a badge for that).

Your cutscene is being used in the Freespace Conversion project right? Maybe ask them to ask the admins to ask their best friend's tennis partner's dog to give you a Freespace Conversion Project avatar?
Be warned: This site's admins stole 100s of hours of my work. They will do it to you.

Project badges signify membership in projects.  Custom titles signify personal achievement.

IceyJones got a custom title for his stellar work creating the cutscenes, and blackhole gets a custom title for his hapless temptation of Fate.

I had someone looking up a bit of info in a random forum tell me they saw users with embedded YouTube videos in sigs.
