Nation breakdown for those who can't tell the foodstuffs apart. Seriously, once you know what to look for, it's a damn-perfect reproduction. :p

I use the term "genius" very sparingly, but I will use it now. Every detail, down to the visceral-sounding SFX and "damage", is simply amazing. Not only that, but the way he manages to convey complex, subtle concepts like Soviet infiltration and IEDs, makes this a classic.

Bravo, sir. Bravo.

Wow... just wow. He manages to portray the complexities of international relations along with the brutal reality of war in a way that is both compelling and repelling at the same time. I was both fascinated and sickened by it (I think the sound effects are what really got to me)... especially the part when the twin burger towers collapse. I could really appreciate it, although I left it feeling disturbed.

The sound effects made this priceless, I thought.

Were you watching Full Metal Jacket? 'Cause when I clicked that link I watched food go to war.

Oh, I thought it was fantastic-- just a lot more lulz-worthy than poignant.

Yes, we were both watching the food go to war. For me, though, it was pretty symbolic. And, based on some experiences I have had... the mess that resulted was actually rather reminiscent... Anyways, because of some experiences I have had this thing actually had a visceral effect on me. Maybe I just take things too seriously.

Re: Begun, the Food Wars have...
Superb. This short movie manages to convey the harsh brutality of war way better than most Hollywood productions.
