Bah, if they want to complain about Boba Fett let's get down to the question of why the **** he even raised a finger to recapture Han Solo in the first place. As far as he's concerned he's already gotten his bounty on Solo so why should he give a damn if they eviscerate Jabba or not?

I've never been particularly interested in the typical fanwank over how dangerous Boba Fett actually is and I don't mind them going with the irony of him being killed not by design but by a stroke of luck on Solo's part but if you're trying to claim that he should have been a super-hard badass bounty hunter what you really should be taking issue with is his reduction from hired specialist to Jabba's main thug.

Hmm. Never thought of that. Shame on me. But that raises another question. Why the **** was Fett still there in the first place? He had his money. From Jabba and the Empire. Why would he lurk in a smelly cave with a fat worm when he could be finding new jobs or doing some recreational activities?

after seeing ep2 I was glad to see that little prick die. Easily my fav charicter prior to the "new" episodes.

Hmm, when I found myself I needed to choose, I went for 5 obviously, but then I remembered it was everyone ELSE who liked Empire Strikes Back, and not me.

Then I sat aback and realized I don't really like any of them.

So, Knights of the Old Republic and the Dark Forces series for me. No Episodes.

It might be fun but a DF/JK game must have Kyle Katarn as the player's character. And I think they're out of ideas on how to make him not have the power of the Force^TM at the beginning of the game. The alternative would be to have him as a master from the very beginning, but that would be kind of boring.

I picked 3, 4, and 5. The Empire Strikes Back will always be the best Star Wars movie, and Ep3 is a much better movie than many people are willing to admit. ROTJ is ruined by the Ewoks and Endor, and The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones (what a terrible title) aren't very good.

Also, where were the stormtroopers slaughtering the celebrating crowds in Return of the Jedi? The Empire wouldn't just disappear when Palpatine was killed.

Well, that and it had better directing than the other OT movies (Lucas wasn't directing, by the way), there was a tension and darkness in many parts of it that managed to avoid being cheesy like AOTC, the pacing is perfect, the Imperial March is incredible, and Yoda actually could string together a properly formed sentence now and then.

Indeed. A somewhat dark atmosphere. The rebels lost their base on Hoth, Han and the rest were constantly chased by the Empire, torture, Luke lost his hand and the ending wasn't all that happy. You know, a small hope was there but things were far from good.

Yeah. Though I wish someone had shot 3PO during the first five minutes of the movie.

I never did like 3PO. He always seemed like he served no purpose in the story.
