It's a render I did a while ago, when I was starting to mess around with Poser. Didn't post it here on HLP because I thought it wouldn't fit with the site's audience, but you can find it at my Renderosity gallery if you want. In fact, here's a link to it:

Watch the fingers  when moving it.  Poser has a bad way of making poligons, they will really distort.  look at her left index.

good choice of textures though.

And yes, something is wrong with her ass, I just can't put my finger on it...
