Then tell them. Doesn't matter what it was about, but a lot of people do not realize a lot of their mistakes untill they are pointed out for them. Then they continue to make mistakes. Spiral continues untill person is a social outcast and does not understand why, feels miserable about it, and commits suicide.

I have a MASSIVE HANGOVER and am therefore going back to sleep after I go through my phone and observe damage control SOP. I.e- check sent texts, outbound call log, sent e-mails, facebook messages etc.

It turned out that the 18 000-character essay I just wanted to turn in should be between 12 000 and 15 000 characters.  After struggling to get from 17 000 to 18 000 chars for 2 HOURS, I'm not very happy about it.

Trimmed to 15 000 chars (without spaces) and finally submitted.

My PC consistently blue screens during boot. Just before login. All I caught was win32k.sys is the problem. Booting to the various safemodes complete's without issue. . . . So now what do I do? Mister The_E perhaps your technical know how could point me in the right direction. . .

Well... worst case, you boot into safe mode, back up anything that's irreplaceable, and then reinstall windows. You might be able to copy that win32k.sys file off of your windows disc and replace the one on your PC, if it's just a case of that being corrupted. Also try googling it. This should probably get its own thread though...

seriously though if you haven't installed or changed anything recently then a reinstall is your cheapest possible fix

try a repair install before you go wiping it.  it's worked for me a few times.

It's amazing what the doctors can do to a human body nowadays. Or how much the human body can be tinkered with and we can still live.

My mums fiancé was diagnosed to have a tumour in his digestive organs on this summer. Not the worst kind but not that good either.

Anyways, after a few months of radiation therapy he was operated on last week and is now feeling much better. The operation itself on the other hand sounded quite wild to me.
Apparently, in order to get to the place where the tumour was the surgeons had to cut one of his lungs half and when that was done they had to remove a part of his gullet in order to remove the tumour.
Then they stretched his stomach and replaced the missing gullet part with that streched stomach... soo his stomach is now "longer".

But he lives and is feeling well. So all is good.

Eating on the other hand can be a bit different from now on.
