I now haz Windows 7. Looks quite cool, but waiting to see whether its performance lives up to its looks.

In my case it has. I went from XP to 7 so I wasn't testing any alpha releases called Vista, but 7 seems to have worked out most of the kinks. I like KDE, so I like 7's interface that's ripped off from KDE, and I've only had 4 BSODs so far.

I've been way too busy of late. 3 weeks at work, two days at home, then two weeks in Vietnam (which was awesome, but there was sooo much stuff I should have been doing back home. Now I'm back the other day, got one day at home (during which I spent about half of it in the office anyway) and now I've just started another 3 week stint. Home from work, straight on a boat with our drillers for a christmas do (got the invite, not sure if I'll attend - it'd be my first corporate perk if I did though sooo...).

anyway, the gist is I've done no chrrissy shopping, got no idea what I'm doing for NYE, still have to submit my biol project, and I don't have a free day before about the 22nd of December. Woo!

It's my second most integral social management tool after my phone. My address book/diary planner coming a close third.

It's also the place where I tend to post replies freely on your wall.

I think it may be useful as well, if there are some people who don't visit HLP as often as they visit Facebook.
