Re: Whatever happens in your life III: The Search for Spock
I am no longer able to maintain my post count of 5 per day. Real-life has used a rubber-band trick and caught up with me by dealing my father a stroke. As he's the only family member who maintains a stable job, our entire lifestyle may need to have a serious re-looking at. We will probably cope should the worst happen, but unless we're able to generate $40 000 per year for the house, I'm not expecting a bright future.

I will drop by HLP when I can, but don't expect me to post often.

Oh damn, I hope everything turns out OK. I know what a stroke can do to a person, I really hope your father comes through.

Five guys tried to start a fight with me on the way back from my haircut. It helps having friends in high places.
Business as usual?

Sorry to hear that AE :( My Father had a serious heart attack recently, so I can understand the worry and stress this sort of thing causes. I hope things will stabilise soon.

On my way home from school this afternoon, I saw up ahead one of those big black SUVs like a drug dealer (as opposed to a soccer mom) would drive. It was really shiney and it had super shiney spinners. As I drove past it, I prepared to laugh to myself about race stereotypes.

It was a very tiny, very old white woman.

Well, as everyone knows calories and fat are simply a measure of how good food tastes. That's why steak tastes so much better than say... rabbit food (ie. celery).

Wrong.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calories

Calories are a unit of heat.  Fat is a combination of glycerol and fatty acids.

Re: Whatever happens in your life III: The Search for Spock
My family is going out of town this weekend. A few minutes ago, I told my mum I'm having a party Saturday night. I told her I'm inviting all my friends from the looney bin over.

She believed me. She went like o.o "Really?!"

hehehe...

It was, I was saved by some "Graffer-dawwwgs" (Correct Term: Graffiti Artists) I knew from my old school, whom I hadn't seen in six years. Without them I would surely be posting from the hospital, my expertise lies more in the field of rhyming insults and only throwing fists while possessing numerical superiority.
