Watching the home capital ship die along with a "polite version" of the phrase "YOU LOST!!!" xx times in the past 6 hours.

First the money injection script doesn't work right, then when it works + starting money really really high, all of a sudden two moderate AI's can knock out one difficult friendly... it's not even 10 minutes and there's 50+ fighters/bombers, 20+ frigates and 2 destroyers, all MAX TECH, RUSHING us like no tomorrow...

I can't even build and research that fast!

It is fantastic. Not flawless, probably 'very good' but not 'excellent' in terms of story and quality of writing, but as an overall experience, fantastic.

Watched it last Thursday. It's not bad, but to say that it is good would be a bit of an overstatement. Visually, though, it's about as good as it gets.

I also watched it in 3D with my schoolmate and lecturers.

it kinda came with the town. with all the norwigian fisherman types, people kinda look down on you unless you have a massive beard.

Today, I found an original copy of Wing Commander for the Super Nintendo, and a working Super Nintendo.  Three hours later, I'm a major with two bronze stars and a golden whatever (the ejection one).

Nostalgia cured after I had to listen to that music for hours on end.

Because I'm guessing you were never a console-tard.  I was, and I still have nearly every game I ever played down in my basement (including Silent Service, all three of the first Marios, the original Zelda, Duck Hunt, and a few others).

Would like to point out now that it isn't really a Wing Commander.  To the best of my knowledge, it's the first one line for line.
