well, my dear, I'm going to be frank:
the when I did maple assignments in my 1st year math, I passed
when I didn't, I didn't.
that said, their relevance to tested material is usually only 1 or 2 questions, and doing them, even now, is probably still worthwhile, unless, y'know, passing really doesn't matter.

1 or 2?  1's tests were retardedly easy.  i'm not sure i ever even had to use the product rule.  2 is doable, just pay attention in class and take notes.  

i can't say doing the maple ever really helped me as far as learning the material, but learning how to use maple was immeasurably valuable.  i would NOT have passed the thermal hydraulics classes without it.  your mileage may vary.

Wrapped up my fourth riding lesson, I'm getting better at posting the trot, I've got the motion and the timing down.  That said the horse I ride is very, very lazy so keeping him in a trot is pretty hard.  On the plus side his name is Husker so he gets BSG points at least.

O.  well i don't really remember much about 3 other than double and triple integrations.  my instructor was a grad student who talked so quietly not even the front row could hear him.  i got an A in that class due to the 20-point A range that served as our "curve".
