I've finished my first year at uni. WOOO!

Unfortunately my last exam was a shambles and I don't know how it happened. Oh well. Hope I get enough marks to pass it.

Today I rolled into one of my early morning classes for the test review, only to find out that we were actually taking the test.  After 30 seconds of "OH ****!" mode, I got over it, took it after no studying (less than normal, obviously), and got the best grade on a test I've gotten all year.

I learned today that the head of department was feeling super nice and decided not to give the two of us any punishment for supposedly 'communicating' in an exam. Was over the bloody moon.

my first ever exam in uni was like that.  chem 101.  luckily it was still review of high school chem at that point.  unfortunately, this isn't going to be the case for my exam today.  the 7 steps of a star onto and off of the main sequence are not going to just pop into my head.

took astrophysics test, could not remember what a type II supernova entailed for my life.  hell week almost done, have a 30 slide ppt due sunday.  normally this would be almost trivial, but as it's an online class, we don't actually present them, which drastically alters the way it must be put together.  and fully HALF the grade is based on "creativity"
