Axem - Sorry to post again when I said I was leaving for good, but something was nagging me. I don't want to say it in a way that shames the campaign but I think we can all agree it is actually.. incomplete. It is missing... Voice Acting.
Quanto - I for one would love to lend my beautiful singing voice into this wholesome project.

I'm going to be doing my happy dance nonstop for the next four months and six days, at which point I shall go to the bookshop and obtain a copy of A Dance With Dragons.

Believe it or not this is a consensus decision by more than one person, so trying to frame it as a personal dispute is pretty stupid. Feel free to send angry PMs to Axem though, he's spent a lot more time arguing with Hades than I have. (actually i don't recall any such incident with moderators?)

IRC gets a lot more content pushed around than HLP and makes up the meat of the forum's business, so it makes sense it would pop up here now and again.

Atm, just some flight-simming, since I need to keep current on my student license (which actually expired a few months ago because I lost my job and couldn't renew it, but don't tell anyone!) and possibly some Freespace. I tried it out a little this afternoon but I still need to tweak the controls until it gets to a stage where it's anywhere near playable.

The joystick's design also makes it really hard to execute turns and use the hat switch to get your bearings off the landscape and the horizon, which is a pain. May not be an issue for those with longer fingers, however. :D

On the contrary; Hades posted, you replied. You are not required to justify the consensus decision by its nature, and the majority of the time this happens I expect nobody ever does. So any effort to cast your post here as anything other than personal is ridiculous.

Hades cast an aspersion directed as much at Axem as anyone else (if not more so than anyone else), and because IRC is pretty democratic, with ops generally guided by how pissed off people are, it's important to make it clear that things don't happen for no reason. Axem doesn't need to put up with another round of *****ing.

I'm entitled to tell Hades to sit down and shut up whenever I please, and will probably continue to do so at great length. You're free to complain about it too, but it's unlikely to prevent me from responding to any moaning here.

I think I'm in a better position to judge what Axem appreciates as an op of the HLP IRC channel, thanks. Your IRC expertise will be called upon if it is needed, but Spoon, Axem and I spend enough time holed up in our little cave that I feel he'd probably appreciate it.

I think that creating several posts of personal exchange to protest two posts of a personal exchange is pretty Sisyphean. Take it to PM.
