Post pictures for bonus points (That Chicken Parm dinner sounded pretty good)
Unfortunately I don't have pictures of the takeout chicken parm. A more detailed description though:
-10"x2" aluminum plate
-Bottom layer of about 1.5" of spaghetti pasta.
-Middle of thick breaded chicken cut into strips
-Middle-top layer of tomato sauce
-Top layer (~1cm) of mozzarella cheese
-Cook the pasta & chicken as usual
-Bake on low heat so the cheese melts nicely
-To eat, break the cheese layer and start swirling it with the pasta.
Otherwise, here's a cheap chicken parm I made the other night. I substituted home-made chicken for Tyson because I worked that day.
