On topic, spent the last two days in a flurry of renovation for one of the rooms in the house. I've never done something so in depth with a room as painting and all around cleaning it to the baseboards. It's surprisingly not boring.

In other news, I'm going camping tonight. On Friday the 13th. With no real clue where I'm going. I'm getting this foreboding sense of dread, but I've committed! No backing out now!

Just saw Oblivion tonight. 1000x better story than Elysium.

But sadly, my room is frigging boiling because of my computer (yeah no, not turning it off) and I'm tired of being visited by eight legged creatures who seem to think my room is a god damned brothel for their mating

So that makes it so I can't open my door

This is all really pathetic and easily fixable, but I've literally nothing else to complain about. Life is not bad right now. It annoys me

It's not a "big deal of a movie", it has its own pitfalls (m83 y oh y did you resort to copy Zimmer??!? and the twist was sooo utterly in your face since the beggining of the movie...). It's like a cool simple vignette story. But oh I sooo much prefer it to Elysium it's not funny.

i didnt actually weigh the thing, nobody expected me to catch anything so we left the cameras and the scales at home. then we decided to gut it on the river bank where running water is easier to get than at my sister's house (she only gets running water during the 4 hours a day when the genny is running). but it was heavier that a cat, and all my cats are fat. i also caught a smaller one, my sister got one and her husband also got two, but i got the biggest one.

All bad puns aside, I just got a decent deal from the paintball arena i went to for my 21st due to me politely stating in the feedback form they gave me that their prices were balls and that it made almost completely inaccessible for people with low income.

So the next time I go, I get 300 free balls, equipment, and lunch for £22.99 per person. It's not great, but considering entry, 300 balls and lunch costs around £34, I'm saving a whole £4.01!
