Why should someone use a pirated Copy, if he already buyed a legal one ?

Already was on some Torrent Sides to watch the Situation. The Game worked for the first two Downloaders...the third got immidiately banned.

Don´t know why you think, they tread Customers like ****. I think they just want you to get a legal Copy, that´s all.

I'm quite happy buying a legal copy, that doesn't mean I have to keep verifiying my copy is legal and hold it open to be disabled should they have the slightest whim to do so.

Who has to do all the footwork to get a game re-enabled that they have paid for after 3 installs? Why should the customer, after giving EA their money, have to do a stupid song and dance because they've reformatted their system 3 times or the like?

It means basically that the impetus to prove legal ownership is on the people who paid the money, there's no impetus whatsoever on EA to prove theft before closing an account. I.e. All customers are criminals unless they prove otherwise.

I won't be a party to that kind of DRM.

You don´t have to like the System. But if you want to play Spore in a legal state, you got to get comfortable with it.

Had the same point of view, wayback when i buyed HL2. But after installing Steam and got comfortable with it, i quickly changed my Mind. And yeah, basically you have to proof that you own a legal copy, if they of whatever Reason think you don´t.

I think there´s no use in getting annoyed of it. Future Games will all work like this and so i just think we have to life with it, or don´t play the Game.

To be honest, the 3 install thing has nothing whatsoever to do with Piracy anyway, how could it if there is permanent online verification. This is to stop people selling the game on in a couple of years, EA hates the second hand market, and this is just their latest attempt to destroy it.

Companies such as Stardock deliberately go out of their way to avoid doing stuff like this, it will only become the 'norm' if we let it become so, therefore I'm personally choosing not to buy the game, despite the fact I like it, because there are some things I'm simply not prepared to give up in order to enjoy myself.

Maybe, in the future, I'll think about getting it, but not in the current situation

I also have ideas for expansion packs. No, I do not have ideas for the names though. I would like to see players be able to build space stations in orbit. I would also like players to be able to build ships of unlimited size! Well, okey, maybe not UNLIMITED, but very big atleast. I think so far we will only be able to build small UFO's. Either way... SPORE = ONE OF THE GREATEST GAMES ON EARTH AND I WILL GET IT AS SOON AS IT COMES OUT!!!!! Spore is probably the latest in gaming tech. Did you know that I have been wanting a universal life creating game for as long as I have lived?

I put a pair of them on the tip of the upper two arms. I would liked to not have any, but it wouldn't save the creature otherwise. I originally put one below the head, but then its walk would turn retarded as it tries to keep the mouth as high as possible (well, it resembled a very egoistic shivan...).  Now the animations look nice, the arms sort of extend when roaring etc.

Excellent Shivan. The only thing missing is the perfect red colors. But other than that... Perfect!

We still need someone to create a Vasudan. I would but I do not have the CC, only the demo and that does not have much content.

And by the way, I was just thinking about playing as my shivans in Spore when it comes out... You can design your own space ships, no?

A whole galaxy of puffy cute creatures erazed by a Sathanas fleet... the possibilities truly are endless in Spore. Now someone make Vasudans to go war with! I might challenge myself to try, only the head seems ridiculously hard to come up with.

I don't think it's going to be possible to make the limbs properly with their original vasudan "dual" moving parts with CC. I'll be upgrading this, though.

Actually you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Between a male and female Vasudan. Not visually, anyway.

About the shivan colours, that's about as close as it can get with SCC colours, shivan have red eyes but in neutral light they look purplish. In the "red" screens they are usually inside their ships, which are quite crimson in interior lighting.

Okay, here is my current Vasudan, and it's a pain in the ass to fine-tune so I'll leave it at that for anyone to upgrade as they wish.

Yes, you can create your own space farring vessels. But I am not sure about how big you can make them or if you can command entire fleets of them. Spore is a singleplayer game but with constantly downloadable content (In other words: A massively Singleplayer Online Game or MSOG). So maybe, just maybe, we will see people creating mods for it.

Ok, got the full Version now, time to make some Freespace Creatures.

About Question: Your able to build Creatures, Vehicles, Planets (Terrain), Houses, Clothes, Space Vehicles, Citys...and if i´m not wrong, you will be able to set up your own Galaxy. Imagine it to be like "Sims" Neighbourhoods. You can use on of the Maxis defaults, you can fill up a Galaxy with content from the Sporepedia, or you could build the whole Galaxy by yourself.

You are able to play ALL of the 5 Phases, or just one of them for a longer Time. I consider there to be a Campaign Mode, that leads you through all 5 Phases and the others are "Scenarios".

I´m pretty sure, you will be able to recreate the whole Freespace 2 Universe, if you have enough Information about it...

The size/number limits of ships don't really matter in the end, whether it's a myriad of juggernauts or a single cruiser, it's a badass shivan fleet nevertheless. 

I wouldn't personally mind controlling only a handful, or even one ship at a time as long as I'm able to craft them to my liking.
