When people hint the last time they talked that i should send an email of some kind. So i have. Now, it's been days, and will be days more even. Before some kind of reply comes in. How about the intuition to check more than just one email but the other services as well. Sorry she signed up for myspace, she didn't have to, but that entitled me to not sending real emails (although that is pretty much the same thing). And what i mean by this entitlement is that hey, she and i are both members of myspace, we're both expecting to receive messages on there.
The next thing to wait for is not only if she checks the right services for a message, but when a reply occurs. That's been days as well. If it keeps occuring i'm seriously going to think about not sending emails any more. But, not until i wait 7 days after she sends me a message until i give her a reply. And when i see her in IM, i'm sure as hell not going to let her know that i sent an email either. She have to check it. Not me let her know. Letting someone know that they got an email is retarded.

That's why telling someone they got an email is retarded. They signed up for that message service, they're responsible. The person who wrote the email giving the courtesy to let the other party know through IM defeats the purpose of sending an email. If you have to let your party know that you sent an email to them through some other means, well then why not just make sure that when you're talking to them that you catch them off guard and start talking about the email right there. At least you won't have to wait days for a reply.

At the end of this conversation the person who mentioned the other that they sent an email and talking about the contents has also happened and which would technically also be considered a reply is also not considered a reply. A proper email would be considered a reply. This is what happens to form an official reply.
