i can understand not watching sports but to say that sports aren't fun to play takes a special kind of person.
then again maybe that's just my opinion because i live for about 5 sports. really. that, music and a few select people are the only things that i really give a damn about.
Wow, you're going to be a drunkaholic in a few years.
Erh. I don't like watching sports that I play/have played. So ice hockey is awesome.
But I *suck* at the sports I have played/done... soccer, basketball, cheerleading, tae-kwon-do, competitive jump rope (maybe stretching the definition of 'sport,' but it's really ****ing hard), swimming, wrestling, gymnastics, dance (if gymnastics is a sport, ballet is a sport), baseball, and... yeah. Just about everything.
I probably suck at shotokan karate, too, but I am pretending not to notice at the moment.
But anyway... my grades are lowest when I am playing a sport. Correlation in this case is definitely not causation, though.
Oh, and I guess I lied before. My exgirlfriend is a straight-A nerdface (who is still mildly traumatized over getting a B on a report card in middle school) and she fences about a bajillion hours a week.
Hmm... Maybe there's a third factor! Sports, school, and social life. You can pick any two. Unless you're me. Then you don't pick any. Thwart the system!
