Maybe this is old but it's the first time I've seen it and thought it was cool enough to share.  It's footage from a camera mounted on one of the solid rocket boosters used to launch the space shuttle into orbit.  Nothing really interesting happens for the first 1:45 of the video, until separation.  I like that they had a microphone set up as well... the sound of it reentering the atmosphere is especially eerie.

I remember seeing a hi-res quicktime version of this somewhere on the NASA page, and there's also another video of a camera looking down on the SRB where you see more during liftoff.  I'm too lazy to look for it right now, but it's definitely worth watching.
