Well, a surprise for me.
Like I viewd HLP page source and I found estonian (my mother tongue) words in PHP script so I'd like to know who wrote HLP source. (by the way, the most common words I noticed were "threadid" and "forumid")

Uh, where exactly?  I'm assuming you mean the forums?

what i'd like to know is why the new forums keep scewring up all the time

Not that it's my problem but just to speed things along - whats wrong with them? They've worked fine for me, unless we're talking about the permissions to forums and wether you can see a forum or not and so on (thats the only trouble I've heard of...)

And BTW Ten, those aren't even Estonian words, they're just English words in Estonian declination.

It's like I wrote my campaign script. It starts something like this:

"Year on 2382 and Khonsu II sureb ning startib pisike Terran-vasudan war, mis endib gunshipi õhkulaskmisega"
