Actually, I thought about it harder. Since most of us on the board are native English speakers seemingly, it would excluded the non-native speakers on the board from being understood by the majority. I'm interested on the several hundred German and Polish members, actually. I don't really count because I'd be the only one posting in Italian.

Also, as you aware that the Pirate Day is extremely unfriendly to non native English speakers? Adding a Return to Babel day would be a metter of balance.

Would that do any good? It may still appear in that form even if your mom are quoting.

Edit: I just noticed that it changed into mom in this post, so I went to the quote link and my quote is also in that form and says mom. So maybe it wouldn't do any good.

No it's not, I'm not a native English speaker and yet find always TLAPD entertaining.
