It's just one part (well, technically two... but you get my point) of a woman's body. Besides, apart from the initial attention-hook, looks aren't that important either way to be honest. There are a lot of people who would be considered beautiful by most people, but who are rather unattractive regardless of their looks.
Oh and I voted "no tits" simply because of my estimation of the average personality of people who go and get a boob enlargement operation. Which is not to say that there couldn't be perfectly pleasant people with boob jobs, but I just really don't understand what's the point in using a lot of money on fixing something that isn't broken, just based on some normalized appearance standards (and, as it happens, actually breaks the functionality in many cases - boob jobs have a somewhat significant risk of damaging nursing capability as far as I know).
