The problem with fake ones is that they mostly look like someone cut a grapefruit in half. I suppose they can be done well, but for the most part they're pretty obvious.

This.  They look like they're drawn/sculpted on half the time.  Or else they're so obscenely large that they wobble about like two sacs of...well...fluid.

Also, small (proportionate!) boobs can be really hot.

Also this.  In general, at least in the visual sense (as I have no knowledge of the tactical sense), I prefer the somewhat smaller end of the scale.  Huge breasts aren't incredibly appealing to me unless they're in proportion with the rest of her build, which often fails to be the case.

What he said. Except when done decently boob jobs can look pretty good. However no boobs just doesn't hit the "Feminine" button for me. Anything that makes breasts look natural and proportionate I'm all for. Extremes of either end of the scale don't do it.

If they get boob jobs for themselves it's one thing, if they do it because of how people think of them it's quite another.

No one gets a breast enlargement for themselves. Reduction possibly but there's no reason to make your breasts bigger that doesn't have to do with trying to make yourself more attractive to other people.

The question is whether or not the desire to look more attractive is a healthy one or not.

Yes, but the boobs picture was of really bad quality, and the first thing I noticed about it was how dead her hair looked.

I actually find I generally don't care or even particularly notice, right up until the point where someone is nude and in motion; not slow motion either, but somewhat quick. Because that's the point at which it becomes painfully obvious in terms of movement or lack thereof.

In other words, invent implants that will bounce as if natural and we can put this whole thing behind us.

It's just one part (well, technically two... but you get my point) of a woman's body. Besides, apart from the initial attention-hook, looks aren't that important either way to be honest. There are a lot of people who would be considered beautiful by most people, but who are rather unattractive regardless of their looks.

Oh and I voted "no tits" simply because of my estimation of the average personality of people who go and get a boob enlargement operation. Which is not to say that there couldn't be perfectly pleasant people with boob jobs, but I just really don't understand what's the point in using a lot of money on fixing something that isn't broken, just based on some normalized appearance standards (and, as it happens, actually breaks the functionality in many cases - boob jobs have a somewhat significant risk of damaging nursing capability as far as I know).
