Depends on whether you count the Empra as still alive.

No, no... the C'tan have been inactive for millions of years. The Emperor has only been around for 10,000 years.

Alpha-level psykers can do warp travel without spaceships. Alpha-level psykers (like John Grammaticus) who encountered the Emperor during the Great Crusade typically shat bricks. Do the math.

I love this: Between the BBC blurb in the corner, and the complementary color scheme, this shot makes it look like a newsfeed update, instead of a screen cap. I can just hear "Yesterday, the 5th fleet's maneuvers brought it close enough to the Antares-Vega commercial route for several passengers to..."

Also, I know I'm late asking this, but what is that program I keep seeing in these caps, for the to-do list and news RSS?
