[Jeeves]

Hey Folks!
Ok i'm not from VBB first of all.
But i just registered to get some expert technical advice. The other day my sidewinder precision pro stopped working in fs2. It wont detect in the setup even though it is installed and calibrated, i have dx8.1, and windows xp.  It will detect in fs1 setup though so that just complicates things. Ive tried renstalling fs2 and dx but it doesnt help.

If anyone could help me please do!!! Thanks!

Anyways, what's your system stats?
Also, try to re-install the drivers for your joystick (if any) Plus, check around, I think FS2 is incompatable with certain joysticks, and you may need to download a patch of some sorts for it to work;)

well i am a newbie to this forum.

didnt realise i was famous!!

ive tried reinstalling joystick, ive downloaded the patch, and my joystick worked fine a while ago.

ive got a elite k7s5a mobo with athlon xp 1700+ 384mb ram, geforce 2mx, and sound blaster audigy

Nah, I'm just trying to be faster than the Mods. When it sinks in that Jeeves is here that title will probably be given to him anyway.

Just remember that butlers are very well paid and must be treated with respect.

Uhh, Jeeves isn't fictious, he is, well at least I know him from the TV british comedy show that was going on TV a LONG time ago. I believe the name of it was Jeeves and Wooster, and it was about Jeeves, the educated mostly all knowing butler, and Wooster a rich and spolied, uneducated brat. Mostly a show about paradox. Where the smarter is lower class...

"Jeeves" and "Wooster" made together a couple of very funny shows after that one, but I will always remember them by the original show.
