The Colossus is the size of a Sathanas, which is a juggernaut.

The "GTVA" designation is supposed to indicate (I'd guess) that the Colossus was meant to be a unique flagship or something along those lines.

GTVA = faction name. It's the GTVA's ubership. And it's not a juggernaut because that has a negative connotation.
