Screenshots from Dark Forces I/II are probably the best you're going to get. The ship's shape is pretty basic either way.

Not a terrible trade off.  By the way, if you still have homeworld, checkout the Homeworld Tools page.  Specifically the video tweaker, it lets you adjust a lot of options not exposed in the original game, and make it look quite a bit nicer.

The 2K is the most useless piece of crap in-universe. The cockpit "BETWEEN" the cargo forks?!?

Outrider rocks, but doesn't even have cargo clamps.  I'd say the Otana's aren't really cargo clamps at all, but that they were repurposed to hold only the cockpit.  YT-1300 is superior in that it has a cockpit _and_ cargo clamps :)

Personally I love both the YT-2000 and the 2400. And both way better then the moldy crow, but hey that's just me :)
