2 years and a quarter of a century ago, LUIS, Armand and Angel changed my life and wrote my destiny (at exactly 7 p.m., June 2, 1983, at the wake of my father, Florentino, Sr.).

     Unlike my 404 pages First Book (2006), which I wrote in just 2 weeks, I spent 3 1/2 years writing this, and I have not yet physically published the same. Uncensored and exhaustive, I desire it to be a compendium of the deepest secrets of the universe (per the Violet lights emanating from LUIS' bonito or dwarf hat), and dire prophecies ... For these reasons, inter alia, I state with certainty that this book tells the Greatest Dwarf Story ever told, or rather, the best story of friendship, ever.

     I decided to write my book in a court pleading style. I opted to copy paste the news, links and stories in their entirety and I am not botherd by copyright violations. For me, I consider that the reader is entitled to reading the full story, news and accounts by journalists. I admit that a learned editor must still clean this book for style purposes. However, since the spiritualism involved in the book is so deep, then, I decide to publish it as is, now.

     Since these 3 mystic dwarves bestowed upon my soul, for free all the hidden treasures that I was pre-destined to have received since 1983 until today, ergo, I am publishing to you my story and the case, for free. You can view, print, xerox and re-publish this book outside the Philippines. You can deal, sell and trade it at your own risk.

IN TIME, I desire to publish this book in the Philippines as I did with the First Book on 2006.

Furthermore, I intend to edit and publish the Second Part of this Book (about 700 pages) in due course.

Unlike my 2010 Second Book, my 2006 First Book was edited only for about 2 weeks, that is, from December 1 to December 14, 2006 and finished (for physical publication and online or e-book publication).

       Justice Minita Nazario's husband Rod, age 74, former Manny Pacquiao manager, passed away on September 24, 2009 after having undergone by-pass operation in 2006 and underwent chemo-therapy for his lung cancer. Judge Floro did curse the house of Nazario at 9:30 p.m., August 4, 2006, when she refused to let the Prophet enter her Paranaque castle.
 
       Forthwith, LUIS flashed the VIOLET lights which enveloped the cursed Nazario home and the entire Philippine judiciary. The supremacy of the 3 mystic dwarves is a gift which judicial history must emotionally accept without any condition.

       When I healed more than 10,000 patients since August 1999, I faced death, anger and vendetta many times. Extremely wealthy patients who had little time to live, and singing endlessly in cancer pain were brought to me by their loved ones.

       Because of these experiences, I never had any anger in my heart since then; Last year, LUIS appeared to me while descending from his space ship, saying: "I came to your planet, to give peace to mankind!"

       Peace in our hearts cannot exist with anger, bitterness and vengeance.

       LEST I be misconstrued, I repeatedly stress that curse, karma and spell should be understood in the light of life's pains and gains vis-a-vis human frailty.

       Supposing X raped and killed Y, a minor and only child of Z. Z files a non-bailable rape with homicide case with the Court. After paying huge sums to lawyers and witnesses, Z waits for at least 3 years for the verdict. The judgment is prepared by court personnel since the judge plays golf and visits casino. Z has to pay the judge sums of money, so that (as Justice William W. Bedsworth CA Justices in the 9th Circus Court of CA render toss coin decisions) the clerk of court would set the case's promulgation. After a guilty verdict, an automatic appeal is elevated to the Supreme Court. Z has to pay the Solicitor General and another bag of money to the Ponente and other Justices in the En Banc Court.

        These things do happen daily not only in the 26 Branches of our Malolos Regional Trial Courts, but in the hands of more than 1,100 corrupt Judges here.
       
         Atty. Romeo Roxas accused the Ponente of my dwarf case, Justice Minita Chico-Nazario, of issuing a ruling for certain considerations, and calling the Supreme Court a “dispenser of injustice”. Roxas said her decision ordering him and one Santiago Pastor to return more than P17 million to Antonio de Zuzuarregui Jr. was wrong and unjust. Roxas told Nazario: to “sleep well if you still can” and that she would be judged by the “Supreme Dispenser of Justice.” Roxas was cited for indirect contempt and fined P30,000.

         In my turf Regional Trial Court of Malabon, a clerk of Court amassed wealth; he has cars, apartments and ... 97 per cent of court personnel are corrupt and the same thing can be said of Judges and Justices here. PERC survey states that Philippines is the most corrupt in Asia.

         What will you do, if your entire life, destiny, estate is lost because of the mighty pen of Justice Nazario and her cohorts? Certainly you cannot march in the streets or stage a revolution to topple the Supreme Court which is immune to People Power Revolutions.

         The Duende Court is utterly different from man's ways and determinations. A case is filed on Friday, it is raffled, decided and executed forthwith by Violet light and it strikes upon the loved ones of the Justices. Why did God annihilate Sodom and Gomorrah, why did he kill the first born in Exodus, and he was so cruel upon Noah's people, why did he include the innocent children?

          Facing squarely Justice Nazario's August 11, 2006 and July 12, 2007  Resolution is perforce the ultimate sword of LUIS.

        In denying said motions, neither the etiology of Judge Floro’s belief in “dwendes” nor the validity of such belief is being passed upon.  We reiterate that judges are expected to be guided by the rule of law and to resolve cases before them with judicial detachment. The acceptance by the public of the legitimacy of the judicial process and the binding effect of court decisions is mostly dependent on the judges’ adherence to such judicial behavior.

       In this Resolution, We wish to remind Judge Floro that the Court cannot be swayed to modify or reverse its Decision and various Resolutions by inundating the ponente with numerous pleadings avowing ungodly reprisal as well as personal letters/telephone calls seeking audience with the latter, if, as in this case, they are only in furtherance of repeating issues and arguments already passed upon by the Court En Banc’s earlier Decision and Resolution. Otherwise stated, only meritorious arguments and substantial evidence can convince Us to modify or reverse our previous ruling.

Judge Floro is hereby given a WARNING that he can be held liable for indirect contempt should he persist in disregarding lawful orders of this Court and committing acts which tend to abuse, obstruct, impede, and degrade the administration of justice.

SO ORDERED.

          The psychological finding of mental unfitness (made not only by the psychiatrists of the Supreme Court Clinic but by Judge Floro’s own doctors during the hearing of his cases), when taken together with Judge Floro’s claimed dalliance with “dwendes,” poses a serious challenge to such required judicial detachment and impartiality and would eventually erode the public’s acceptance of the judiciary as the rational guardian of the law, if not make it an object of ridicule.

          His insistence on the existence of “dwendes,” among other beliefs,  conflicts with the prevailing expectations concerning judicial behavior and manifests a mental state that should lay to rest any doubts about his valid removal from office for lack of the judicial temperament required of all those in the Bench.

          In fine, Judge Floro himself has confirmed that he is incapable of discharging the duties of a judge free from extrajudicial influences and that he falls short of the fundamental requirements of competence and objectivity expected of all judges.

          WHEREFORE, premises considered, Judge Floro’s Partial Motions for Reconsideration as well as the Supplements thereto are hereby DENIED WITH FINALITY there being no merits.  No other pleading, however denominated, shall henceforth be entertained by this Court.

          LUIS and I met the Court face to face.
Point by Point we did answer the challenge. Rod Nazario suffered the heart by-pass surgery forthwith upon her release of the August 11, 2006 denial of the appeal.
        UNDAUNTED, Justice Nazario even cited me in contempt for filing the 3rd appeal which is allowed by jurisprudence. She squarely RULED that -

only meritorious arguments and substantial evidence can convince Us to modify or reverse our previous ruling
         

    LUIS and I submitted to the challenge, we inflicted her husband Rod Narario of Stage 4 cancer of the lungs forthwith on July 13, 2007.
He died in pain on September 23, 2009.

      We Catholics are taught under Canon Law, that temporal punishment is inflicted by God because of commission of mortal and venial sin. Burying the truth, by rendering a false decision - consulting dwarves, as blatant lie - cannot be forgiven by a priest nor by God, since it presumption of the Holy Spirit.

If you inspect T G Palmer's mystic images vis-a-vis his bio, you can read between the lines: Tom was a plaintiff in Parker v. District of Columbia, a successful lawsuit in Washington, D.C. to secure the right to own a handgun in one's home, based on the text of the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.The case had particular personal significance for him, in that he once survived an attempted assault because he was armed with a handgun. Palmer believes that his attackers were motivated by anti-gay animus; he is openly gay.

As a weapon, the mace uses a heavy head on the end of a handle to deliver powerful blows, and is deemed fit for close-protection; hence LUIS, as mace-bearer could be a bodyguard, or technically, a spirit guide for Judge Flo-Flo.
