I think casteing in this respect would be genetic rather than social, but then, I've always kind of imagined Predators as similar to the bored children of aristocrats in the 18th Century, who used to go travelling to India to hunt Tigers, so maybe they are the upper classes of a race that simply doesn't think like Humans in some ways, and thinks frighteningly like Humans in others ;)
