ah now to answer some questions
the wings will forward during AB and the tail also opens up as well. I'll post pics of that later as the engine bay is still in the white/not texture. as per tradition it'll have a special built in animated primary a standard interchangeable primary and a third primary i might use as a laser designator for SSM strikes (I'll have to play with that idea a bit first), two fold away missile banks and one external.

But ... uhh ... how many textures does it use? 
just one 2048
2 map with room to spare...for now. I'm going to try and keep all the textures contained on one map rather than share maps with all my other fighters. it seemed like a good idea back then, nowdays its getting to be a headache.
I do agree with many of you on the matter of the cockpit, I'm still trying to come up with a shape that fits right...its not bad the way it is...just feel i can do better. ehh it'll come to me some time
