"****ing gay" and "retarded" aren't jokes.  Something like "the ship designs are so anime I thought I was gonna be tentacle raped" or "you forgot the Pkunk " or "*jumping peppers* this sucks!" would be jokes.  Offensive and tasteless anyway, but at least they would be jokes.

The contents of that PM were just over the top inflammatory.  Everyone who's seen it says so, and if a lot of people are saying your "jokes" aren't funny, it's not always because they don't get it.

You have to understand. I do harsh criticism, I really do. I've told people to their face their work was ****. But I backed it up with substantive commentary on why it's ****. (In that particular case it was that they were descriptively capable and pants-on-the-head with dialogue, and the description slowly disappeared from the story as it went on.)

And I'm not seeing any evidence that was done here.
