HLP Tutorial Project
Alright, it seems nobody is opposed to this project so I'm going to need some help.  Who on here has the time to submit tutorials?  This is your chance to help this place out.

Do not post in this thread unless you are dead serious about helping out.

I'll start working on some sort of template for people to follow.

If you have any questions, you can contact me in the following ways:

ICQ: 59738925
E-mail: [email protected]

For now, if you intend to work on tutorials for a specific program, state the name of the program in the subject of your message in this thread.  It'll just make things easier for me to organize who's doing what with a quick glance if need be.

Please, don't submit tutorials until I have the template online.
Gargoyles, Season 1.  Buy it, or DIE! :)

Yo!

I can probably do something to do with standard conv tables for programs, multi-program rendering, or how to make reeeealy freeaky **** come out of the bugs in LightWave, Carrara, and Photoshop.:D

Though that last one might qualify as a trade secret.

I've already completed a tutorial on making a model in Rhino for FS2, leading up to importing into TS and the beginning stages of texturing. It's down right now (darned GeoCities server maintinance), but the URL should work again by Sunday. The link's in my siggy, or right here. :D

"...The quintessential quality of our age is that of dreams coming true. Just think of it. For centuries we have dreamt of flying; recently we made that come true: we have always hankered for speed; now we have speeds greater than we can stand: we wanted to speak to far parts of the Earth; we can: we wanted to explore the sea bottom; we have: and so  on, and so on: and, too, we wanted the power to smash our enemies utterly; we have it. If we had truly wanted peace, we should have had that as well. But true peace has never been one of the genuine dreams - we have got little further than preaching against war in order to appease our consciences. The truly wishful dreams, the many-minded dreams are now irresistible - they become facts." - 'The Outward Urge' by John Wyndham

"The very essence of tolerance rests on the fact that we have to be intolerant of intolerance. Stretching right back to Kant, through the Frankfurt School and up to today, liberalism means that we can do anything we like as long as we don't hurt others. This means that if we are tolerant of others' intolerance - especially when that intolerance is a call for genocide - then all we are doing is allowing that intolerance to flourish, and allowing the violence that will spring from that intolerance to continue unabated." - Bren Carlill

I'd just like to say thanks to everyone for taking the initiative with this and helping out, hopefully these tutorials will prove to be great content to add to the site, however I should just like to remind you that many of us are still busy so even if you get a collection of tutorials together we may not be able to get them up on the site instantly :)
