There is this one brand called "Guillemot Thrustmaster." I know it goes for more than I was asking, but maybe I could one used.
I wouldn't take my chances with used joysticks, but that's your call.

I also agree with the others that it's best to stick to brands that other people have heard of.
Finally, if you're planning to buy from Amazon, note that joystick availability and price can vary from week to week (even from day to day sometimes), so if you're interested in, say, the
Logitech Extreme 3D Pro (which Amazon.com currently doesn't have in stock), you can wait a bit until they get it back in stock if it means a better price for you. Then again, it depends on how long you're willing to wait -- and honestly, when it comes to trying to get a good price, it can be a bit like trying to time the stock market.
