Anyone know of any good custom Shivan destroyers out there?

HTL? SD Vassago from ASW. Though it's quite small for a destroyer.
If you don't mind low polyness, then take a look at Inferno. Otherwise, there isn't a whole lot of Shivan destroyers out there.

SD Kismat, SD Iblis from INFR1 and SD Vassago from ASW are only released fan-made shivan destroyers. Kismat and Iblis are very outdated. If You need something big, the only good released model is SD Vassago after rescaling. Or... You can wait for INFR1U. Shivan capships from the new Inferno are just glorious .

It may also be possible to take the old SJ Amritaya from here, chop off turrets, scale it down, and call it a destroyer.

Thats actually what I wanted XD The Yama, but, scaling and turret removal is something I don't know how to do yet.

Scaling and turret removal are trivial these days.  Just play around in PCS2 long enough and you should be able to manage it.  The only problem is when you remove turrets, the AO bake makes it looks a little odd.
