Gortef just set a record for kills in a single Interceptor sortie, taking down a Large Scout and two Supply Ships in one mission. That brings him to ace status after his previous bouncing of a couple of Small Scouts over Central Russia. JGZinv is also an ace now, having taken down an Abductor over North Africa and two Small Scouts (one over the Bay of Biscay and another over Germany) to go with previous kills.

Squad One fought its first action against the Ethereals recovering a downed Large Scout. They managed to briefly Berserk Kyad. Since he had a direct line of sight to one, this was unwise and it got six rounds of plasma in the chest for its troubles. They didn't even try to psi out anyone else.

Squad Two is currently having its first battle with the Mutons.

It worries me a bit that they were able to psi me though, I hope psi training solves this problem if I haven't been in already.

Panic attacks are opposed by bravery, rather than psi strength, and you were hit by at least three. A moment later when the kill boost to morale set in you recovered and held steady next turn with 15 morale, so I suspect you were merely unlucky rather than having poor bravery.
