Ah that's a shame. I suppose it only was made last year so I wouldn't be surprised that it may be some time (if it ever does) before an English DVD is released; I've only just been getting into anime so I don't know the usual time for an English release to come out.

It tends to vary but you usually shouldn't expect to see it within a year after the original air time (some times 2-3 years even, if at all)

Started watching Bakemonogatari...

This is seriously one of the most WTF anime I've ever seen. 

It's pretty good so far, but it's just... strange. Studio SHAFT looks like they were having way too much fun with the artwork in this one.

Tried watching Girls Und Panzer but after the third randomly placed german word, I just had to turn it off.

Umm... if the ones you have are Commies .mkv files then check your players subtitle settings.
The mkv wrap also includes a subtitle pack called "No Fun Allowed", which are normal subs.

Started watching Bakemonogatari...

It's a good anime, I enjoyed it quite a bit.
It's probably strange because it touches urban legends and stuff we're not familiar with I guess, but I found it quite amusing trying to make sense out of the stories.

Then there's the Nisemono ones, I just couldn't find purpose on those chapters, or something didn't quite fit for me.
Nekomono was good, but short.

Nisemono lacked everything that made bakemono good. It was pure fetish fuel with only a very few highlights.

Amusingly enough, the Japanese are actually suprisingly good at doing the rrrolling R (the way the dutch do it)

Scourge of Ages, the S is taking place before that happens and is really nothing more than an extended version of what we've already seen. It's all sorts of confusing and stupid to be honest because you already roughly know how things turn out.

I actually dropped Fate/Zero after two episodes if I remember correctly, but I disliked it for different reasons entirely. At least Fate/Zero takes place ten years before Fate/Stay Night, not in middle of the main story like Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S does.
