$18. The Korn came in a flimsy cardboard sleeve 3-pack without all the original liner notes and artwork, which my obsessive side is still minorly stressing about, but it's really hard to pass up 3 albums for $10

Self-titled and Life is Peachy were kinda bland. the former could also stand a remaster. 2 songs into Issues, it's sounding a lot more promising.

Seether also gets another stamp of approval. not quite the jaw-dropping awesomeness the last one i got from them was, and no super stand-out tracks, but all around solid.

ive been going through my marduk collection in album order by increasing release year. currently on nightwing (half of which is about vlad the impaler, see! historical content! these guys are like the jhonny horton of black metal).

i have some in my archive. i never listen to it. maybe next time im looking for stoner-doom (which will likely be the next time i score weed). did find a canadian band called dopethrone, kind of a hash up of bm vox and doom riffs. i must say i like. problem with bm right now is that noone is doing anything, and if they are doing anything its not bm. i suppose i could try out some of the newer copycat bands, but its just not the same.
