3D Studio MAX 4. The missile thingy is just a ton of cylinders with booleans and stuff. It's gonna end up as a bio-weapon bomb. The bottom one (I think it started out as a power core) warp thingy is just a sphere with a radial fall-off, some bump mapping and a ton of self-illumination. They will improve. Unlike most 3D things I do (*cough*Lightsabre*cough*) I intend to finish these.

It's a proven fact that generally, as long as you're only learning the program many companies take a blind eye, because they're only building up their user base.

However Discreet are NOT one of those companies, they have always been very closed and selfish (take the fact the .MAX format isn't open!), which is one of the reasons i'm moving over to softimage|XSI.

Put it simply, find them by yourself or PM people, DONT post it on the forum beause you do know individual posts on this board are actually seen by google ?
