Alpha 1's last transmission

So there I was staring at the flickering engines and battered hulls of the next convoy my wing was to protect whilst they tried to flee Capella, we out of trebs, my hull at twenty three percent and we had lost alpha three in the last attack. I knew the convoy were in deep trouble as more and more shivan bombers entered the Field of engagement. Glancing towards the Capella star, seeing the armada of juggernauts parked there made my stomach sink. Suddenly a strange flash of light blinded me for a couple of seconds and my comms system screamed "Capella sun has gone supernova! All pilots get to the jump node, godspeed!" Regaining my vision I turned to my radar. The convoy could still make the jump node but the shivan force were closing fast - someone was going to have to delay the shivan bombers if the convoy was going to make it. Knowing that this was a suicide mission I ordered my surviving wingmen to run for the node, aimed for the lead bomber, put all my remaining power into weapons and my mom got scared And said, “You’re movin’ with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air.” I whistled for a cab and when it came near The license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror If anything I could say that this cab was rare But I thought, “Nah, forget it. Yo home to Bel-Air!” I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 And I yelled to the cabby yo holmes smell ya later Looked at my kingdom I was finally there To sit on my throne as the prince of Bel-Air.
