first, I want to apologize for talking about WS here, however I have no other way to let people know what is going on.

Yesterday our host had a "hiccup" that threw some of their servers out of whack. All the hosted servers were in turn rebooted, and things returned to normal. I believe this is what happened to WS.

however, due to my hosting arrangement, the WS server has nobody to physically walk up to it and restart it. Until then, I have no access to anything, from ssh to ftp.

To be honest I have no idea when we will be able to get things fixed.

which email did you send it to? my WS email is down, and ICQ's acting up... send it to [email protected]

the oracle was originally from VW.

Warpstorm was licensed out the program, some files have yet to be converted.

the error message itself just states that the php files can't connect to the database.
