Re: Sarkoth's recurring Steam Key giveaway (Humble Bundle leftovers)
Scourge of Ages,

I will PM you as well, but could I possibly get the keys to Tomb Raider 1-3, if they are still up for grabs?

*Puts on a Santa hat*

Okay, I've got a few games I really don't have the time for that I've gotten ages ago through the Humble Bundle. While I don't need justification, you guys always are extremely helpful so I hope this makes a few people happy.

- Spec Ops the Line
- X-Com Apocalypse / Enforcer / Interceptor / Terror from the Deep / UFO Defense (Each independently giftable)
- The Swapper
- Bioshock 1 and 2 (Both are independently giftable from eachother)
- Terraria
- Legend of Grimrock
- Euro Truck Simulator 2
- Always Sometimes Monsters
- Empire Total War
- Crusader Kings 2, with African, Norse and Russian unit packs
- Deadlight
- Viking: Battle for Asgard
- Endless Spess Emprah Space Emperor Edition
- Galactic Civilizations 2 Ultimate Edition
- Dreamcast Collection (Contents unknown)
- Blackguards
- Orcs Must Die 2: Complete Pack

...And it seems few other games. PM might be best if you're interested in any of these, they look like they're still giftable and all. Will accept payment in Bosch beer, new shiny deadly Shivan warships or just heartfelt thanks.

I'm all about getting the most out of games, so whenever I discover something very strange or push the limits, I upload them here:

Re: Sarkoth's recurring Steam Key giveaway (Humble Bundle leftovers)
I must ask, how does one aquire quite that many duplicate games?

Anyone who has not played Crysis 2 or Dead Space, get down on that. :)  (just don't pay attention to the story of crysis.  or consider it a sequel to the original)

I had the Star Wars bundle in my cart during the steam sale, but stopped myself from pulling the trigger due to the fact I haven't even played KOTOR that I got years ago yet, and most of the pack had some REALLY awful reviews.  I generally don't trust much on steam below 90%, and a lot of these were around 50%.  Was that just nerd rage, or are most of the games really that bad?

Is Left 4 Dead worth anything as a single player game?  I'm mildly interested as it has such a great reputation but multiplayer isn't my thing.

Re: Sarkoth's recurring Steam Key giveaway (Humble Bundle leftovers)
I'd say it's not nearly as fun in singleplayer, as it's great when you're all scrambling to save each other's asses while simultaneously trying not to shotgun blast them in the face too much (and Versus mode with a group of friends is just a riot).  However, the AI is at the very least competent, and it's perfectly playable solo.  I'd say it's worth the $4 they're asking for it in the current sale even if you're just interested in SP.

Re: Sarkoth's recurring Steam Key giveaway (Humble Bundle leftovers)
"Perfectly playable solo" is how I'd describe it as well; the game is best played with a group of competant humans, but the AI is definitely preferable to someone who has no clue what they're doing (if you have two people who don't know what they're doing, the AI can at least fill out the group so that somebody will be trying to revive you :P).
