Yeah, like saying "Sorry Officer, I had no idea how fast I was going, I was too tanked to see what my speedo said." :p

Still, I'm glad to see that this thread has moved on from the Cadillac Company advertisment it originally was. :D

Meh, I'd try not to spend too much on a car (or truck). I got mine new and pretty cheap, I'd rather have a new not so special car than a used "better" car :p

Cars are for getting from A to B. It's not like I sleep in one (every night). Oh, and safety is important given the ridiculously high numbers of retards driving on our roads too:

Driver behind me: Oh look, a car is approaching in the other lane, but I will still try to overtake this car ahead of me because he's only going at the speed limit. I'll be okay.

Me: AAAAAARRGGGHH!!! *brakes* :shaking:

"Hmmm, should I indicate here? No, that might help someone else and let them continue safely, and we wouldn't want that. I'd rather make them stop or chance me smashing their driver's side in...

I like manual better;)

I drive a Ford siera Gia from 1990.

And is in damn good shape.

I have this type, but the red strips are black, and is metalic silver. And it is in very good shape, like it's a new car. Drives very good.

Stealth, you must be obsessed.

no one in their right might would care to even post about a car company being 100 years old let alone posting that big timeline thing.

So long as he doesn't give up sex, verbal communication, and human contact for his chosen thing, I'm not worried.

Though perhaps I should be, and would be had I never come to this forum.

I think he's referring to the MIB car's red button. The one that changed it into the batmobile. :)

oooh the red button eh?

Yeah... i don't know what car they drove in MIB1, it's been a while, but i know (almost) for sure that for MIB2 the Mercedes E 500 was used.

...not sure, but 99.9% sure

Mercedes is pretty proud of it in MIB2... here's a quote from the Mercedes-Benz website:

Quote

The slogan for the E-Class as a car that "can do anything that we can"  In this film, the E-Class flies not only around the corners, but also through the air. Assistance was given by the renowned special effects studio "Industrial Light and Magic," which elegantly mutates the E 500 into a stylish glider. When Agent J presses the red button, the audience can be prepared for a chase of the spectacular kind. After all, a Mercedes with supersonic talent also has its natural place in the fantastic world of MiB.

notice the sentences i have bolded... lol :D
