So after teasing my previous parody art project with Axem, he quickly absconded with it for his own nefarious ends.  With the original piece gone and still in the mood to do something funny HLP related I decided to mix FS with Kancolle.  For those of you who don't know what that is (I didn't until I started playing WoWs and seeing Poi spammed in chat every match) Kancolle is a Japanese Browser Game/Anime that sticks Axis warship parts on girls anamorphized versions of warships and they go fight Gigerized versions of themselves, or something.  I'm probably butchering the plot, anyway ship parts on girls is the main take away and I thought it would be funny to do the same with famous ships from Freespace.  What started as just the Deimos kinda snowballed as the terrible ideas kept coming.

Haha this is great, the Sobek made me laugh and vomit at the same time.
I think the missile launcher shoes on Fenris-tan are a great and logical touch. The thrusters on Deimos-tan feet look kind of odd though, they'd probably fit better if they were leg mounted.

Yeah, I gotta admit Actium by far hits the most buttons for "this is a shipgirl picture I like".

Then again, my favorite pool over on the boorus is Danbooru's Kancolle - On Sortie and Expedition set, with the daily life of a shipgirl...i.e. out to sea and in action, not moe-ing about the base.

Well look at that, I totally derpped out .  I was asking around on IRC for famous ships and must have suffered a reading comprehension fail while looking at the responses.  Well I was originally planning on Dashor so lemme fix it.
