Taste, definitely. Most of the flavor comes from the sense of smell-all taste does is tell you if its sweet, sour, salty, or bitter.

well I guess it is good for alerting your brain when you get hurt somewhere, but that's about it. :p I think I would do just fine with only sight and hearing. :D

Taste. I'd pick sight (being a night person, and not accustomed to using it for too many functions), but it'd make reading and rendering kinda difficult if I couldn't see. Every other sense I need to get around, avoid getting hit by drunk assholes, etc.

There is still a funny tingling feeling when that happens though; if that is not there, I wouldn't really care too much.
