it was rather interesting to watch, took them about an hour total of actual spawning, around 300 to 350 eggs produced -- took poor Zeus two days to build a bubblenest that satisfied Hera -- but now Zeus is a happy daddy betta tending his nest and hera is in with the other girls establishing her spot at the top of the pecking order.. lol

if I don't seperate the father from them two days after they hatch -- also some males eat a few of the eggs at the begining especially first spawners -- zeus ate about 10 at the beginning.. but them it started putting them in the nest
