Well, now that Celestia had a complete story breakdown Tiara and I are considering to make a HLP RPG. But we are only willing to do so if you guys want this. That way it can be a community project.

We can incorporate people from the board into the game (Example: an0n being the uber evil genocidal maniac). We can incorporate things like the Hammer of Justice as a skill. The Welcome Beam as magic .

And ofcourse anybody can contribute by making chipsets, character sets etc. You can create your own character  for in the game

This would be a not-so-serious and hopefully hilarious RPG kinda game. So don't expect Final Fantasy stuff.

What we will need if we are going to do this:

- Story/dialog writer (Requirements: Good knowledge of the English language and good story writing skills.)
- Community support: (Requirements: Be a HLP member)

What would be nice:

- Costum graphics created by yourself. (Stryke can be an evil Zombie for all I care )

We want to create an actual RPG. Not a story debate like NodeWars. No an actual RPG like my original project Celestia.

i'll try to help if i can, but i haven't got much time, and i can't really wirte antything in English, or any other langauge for that matter, and my drawing is nothing, and my programming is limited to QBasic, and Delphi.

Unless of course you intend to just have the HLP denizens as characters in a non FS related RPG?

A). It was just an example, I could make it sci-fi as well.

B). That is an option, but I don't know what would be best since making good sci-fi graphics for a 2D engine is quite hard. So, a non-FS related is easier to do, but I don't know what you guys want

I'll be the evil d00d's henchman, bombing the heroes at the most inappropriate times, delaying them from knowing important plot details.

Example:

Supporting Good Guy: "Well, I shouldn't tell you this, but... it's about my past..."
Main good guy: "What about your past?"
*KABOOM!!*
MB: "Bwahaha! I return to make your life miserable!"
Comic Relief Good Guy: "Thank god you interrupted when you did, I can't stand flashbacks."

Currently the most I got are default for th engine, but I'm planning to have costum ones in the game itsself if it goes through.
