It has come to my attention that some of you are under the impression that you will play as yourself. Wrong. The main chara is not a real board member. You play that character and encounter other board members. Including yourself

You are all playable in a sense. In battle you have to control all charas in your party. Just outside battle you are someone else

I don't ask for a different story line for each character. I can amke my own destiny. I think it would just be cool to have an option where you can choose your character to play with. What if a playable character is a girl.

what if it's a girl? you've never played tomb raider? ( well, if you've never played it, you've missed nothing ).

For each character I'd have to create new dialog, new events fitting that particular character. Everything added up its practically a new storyline.

... Whats so bad about the main chara being a girl (which it won't be)? In every FF I've played the main chara is a guy. (Besides a part of FF6)

girl characters are generally underrepresented in games, so I for one can't see a reason for this one not to even the scores a little. or something. not that the gender of the main character is really important, imo.

I've been thinking. It is possible to let you play as yourself. However, the way I plan it, the story would be the same as when you play an unknown character.

As an alternative I could implement a chara builder. Which would allow you to choose between characters and give them personalities, choose which weapons they use etc.

Its your choice. I'd prefer the latter

Why not base a game upon a time honoured and often used cliche that's neither fun to play, is barely art in any form and shows absolutely no attempt to bring anything new to the genre? We could even use a character that's both morally suspect and has remarkable.... physical attributes. Now there's a money spinner if ever I heard one. Lets base it in a brothel and have skateboards as the main mode of transportation.
