I've seen something like that, except it was an Amish Virus.  Something about an Honor System.  <<;;;

Now that's a rather startling oversight on the part of the virus maker! :lol:

Then again the kind of pricks who get their jollies from writing viruses aren't exactly the most socially well adjusted people in the world anyway so who knows what passes through what passes for their brains.
Karajorma's Freespace FAQ. It's almost like asking me yourself.

Of course they ignored Ireland's growing tech sector, didn't they :p

[color=66ff00]Startlingly high number of programmers over here, the uni's and colleges are practically firing them out.

The most impressive pieces of programming I've heard of are; one kid who programmed a new browser that supposedly loaded webpages 600% faster, it got a good deal of news coverage but unless it's a state secret or something I've never seen it in action.

Then you have the guy working on 'Freenet' a supposedly totally anon. filesharing system, it's still in its infancy but it looks promising.

Last one I heard of was a secondary school (high school if I understand the american system) girl who cooked up a rather excellent encryption system that took a fairly concerted effort by a bunch of 'experts' to crack.

We also have a high level of overall computer literacy which helps the whole thing along. Pretty promising I think. :)
