Ok, here is the GTCv Calypso, the GTVA Corvette, 2nd generation Deimos, so to say...

I was kinda looking for an exotic look on this one, hence those panels and "spikes"

Nice

Greeble the top dorsal and ventral sides and it'll be exotic yet rugged.

Niiiiiice...

needs anti-aliasing though and so much wasted space in the pictures ... although some people like grey, I'd much rather see more of the ship

I suppose its polycount is optimized for the HTL build only.

2500 polys... I still have to add some more detail for the 3000 polys I use for corvettes...

Of course! The lunchboxes are GTVA's most successfull marketing technic: "The GTVA needs you!! Serve aboard one of the new Calypso corvettes and win a free Calypso lunchbox! Not advisable for enlisted officers under 20 due to safety issues."

That the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.

I recommend a similar texture scheme to the Raynor.

Only thing I'd change is the "handle" at the back, it doesn't fit with GTVA design ethos as much a "2nd Gen Deimos" should.

Maybe fill it in and make it a mount for a heavy beam cannon with a 60 FoF above and somewhat forward.

No offense, but I think it combines the Deimos and the Orion and not in a good way.

It would have looked much better if it didn't have so many fiddly bits or needless greebles.

All the views make me want to turn my head around it. Looks pretty sweet, but at the same time, the engines look like one is pointing slightly up and one is pointing slightly down..

It looks like you spent some time on its design, it even looks like its an upgrade to a deimos corvette... Good job, very good job..
