wierd, are you sure you have the latest version of the exe?

download Karajorma's root vp, it's posted in this thread about 60 posts back.

i only managed to get on the initial screen using the latest build (otherwise it would just give me that blank screen with no options)..

Will use the rootvp and try again then :)

nope - still doesnt work. It tries to validate the tables and crashes almost immediately :/

wierd, it works fine over here.

are you sure you have no MODs selected in the launcher?

what flags are you using?

got it working! used the -mod data flag, got rid of it and it worked! Ive started a game - anyone is free to join :D

dogfight went fine, but the stats got tossed, bug yes/no?

and the framerate in this build seems a lot better from 1/20.

uhh...I cant connect to fsopenNetD will this build - it says connection failiure despite having shut down my firewall after the first time I got the error. I restarted the game to make sure, but still get the error message :/

so kaz, does the UI emulate the old PXO interface well?
i cant test till i get my joypad out of hiding so....

I'll host a standard server for now, but I have a meeting in a few hours...when I leave I'll switch over to standalone so anyone can play.  It's about 2:20pm PST as I'm writing this...the server is going up now...
